We do not retain personal data on our servers. Here's how your data is handled:

Contact Forms: Immediately forwarded to FormSubmit.co; we do not store copies
Booking Data: Stored in your Google Calendar account per Google's retention policy
Analytics: Retained by Plausible Analytics per their data retention policy (typically 30 days for raw data)
Error & Performance Data: Error reports, performance traces, and session replay data sent to Sentry are retained according to our Sentry project settings and Sentry's retention policy. We sample transactions at ~20% for performance monitoring, record ~10% of normal sessions for session replay and 100% of sessions that generate errors for replay. Sentry & Sensitive Data

We use Sentry for error tracking and debugging. Sentry may collect technical information (errors, stack traces, breadcrumbs, performance metrics, and (where enabled) session replay). We do not intentionally log sensitive information (passwords, payment details, or full personal identifiers). If you believe sensitive data was included in an error report, please contact us at kailistacey@gmail.com and we will investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.
